I actually have. Have you ever heard Chris Stapleton's voice? Have you heard Lainey Wilson? Beyonce is a great pop singer....but nowhere near the talent of Stapleton...or the "country" of Lainey Wilson. I mean...it isn't even in the same stratosphere. Oh...and spoiler alert...they will absolutely GIVE her album of the year. They are too scared not to....even though she doesn't deserve it. But yeah...accuse me of racism. frick you man...has nothing to do with it. If you actually question it...you are a moron or haven't listened to these artists yourself. (And hey..I agree...different tastes for different folks....but damn...to even qualify that as country is a stretch.) Obviously just my (and 95% of country America's) opinion.

I realize you are replying to someone else, but I sure don't like Beyonce's country music. It just sounds like Beyonce. Not a fan of it at all and it has nothing to do with her being a black woman. Just don't care for her.

Darius Rucker made the switch to country music quite well. Love him.

I knew this would be your answer true or not, that's why I specifically ask you to ask yourself the question and didn't ask for a reply.

There is no point discussing something with someone that can't be bothered to read what I wrote and digest this. If you had read my post you would not have ask the question.

The reality is the vast majority of people that will take to SM to opine about the decision will not have listened to both albums from start to finish. So 90%+ of the opinions one will see about this don't have the relevant experience to form an opinion.

Three threads with “Grammy’s” in the titles.

There is no apostrophe in Grammys.

Ask yourself this question: "Can I honestly say I listened to both albums in their entirety?" If the answer is no then you are doing what you are accusing the Grammy voters of doing.

I for one have heard only one song off each album and I therefore can't have an informed opinion as to which album I think best meets the criteria for CATY.

I listened to all 3 albums a few times. Beyonce doesn’t have a single country song in 27 tracks.

This all stems from Jay-Z getting pissed over Beyoncé not getting nominated for a CMA award. He’s a petty piece of shite pedophile with a gazillion $$$.

Why on earth do regular average people give a single frick about who wins a Grammy award?

I read your original post and can’t figure out why you’re commenting only other than to stir up shite. You’ve offered nothing to the conversation other than you’ve listened to some songs. So please continue “adding” to the conversation.

I don’t know how much more the Grammy’s can make themselves irrelevant.

They live to stay mad.

I can say that I haven’t heard any of the albums in their entirety, but make it make sense that an artist/album that got exactly ZERO nominations by the Country Music Association can win the Album of the Year in Country Music at the Grammy’s just a few months later.

So funny that the host is begging people to donate to the fire recovery fund in order to pay for all the rich artists at the Grammys mansions.

Do the Grammy awards stop you from enjoying artists music?

I will only start listening to and watching songs and movies that win awards.
