Each individual in a group of people has a passport.
or
Each individual in a group of people has multiple passports.
or
Something else?

With "everyone" and "passports" both being plural it means all individuals in the group have all of their passports (inferring that at least some of the members- if not all- of the group have multiple passports).

This is grammatically incorrect. "Everyone" is singular. The correct pronoun should be "his or her."

So...

Everyone has his or her passport.

Now, literal meaning? Each individual has a group's passports. For instance, "Everyone" could be a room full of TSA agents that has a group of travelers' passports.

My head hurts.
