Because I'm trying to figure out what this incoherent a-hole who wrote this article wants precisely.

You entered the thread obtusely defending the article. So what do you and this a-hole want?

What is tiresome is your stupidity.

I didn’t say one thing about white people. Let alone scourge.

Did you read it? Cause your question has no basis from the article.

No I didn’t.

defending the article

That never happened.

Why would I speak for him?

There is nothing from my posts that suggests I want something. Nothing suggesting I’m in agreement.

My only comment on the article as a whole was that I found it interesting. The same thing I would say if I read an article on ancient civilizations/aliens.

I don't get bent out of shape about articles like this.

Idk if the guy actually believes the bs he writes.
He works for a liberal magazine so he has to write liberal bs for job security.

bullshite. I live in New Orleans. There are two subways, two McDonald's and two burger Kings closer than the nearest Popeye's to me.

These people make shite up.

Only read the title of the thread and nothing else. but I’m guessing there’s plenty soft bigotry of low expectations rhetoric. Is that accurate?

I'm more than a mile from the closest grocery store. I can drive in less than 5 minutes or walk if I'm in a pinch.
Same with me. And the supermarket is literally just right down the road. About a 5 minute drive from my house. It’s like 1.5 miles.

It takes me at least a few minutes just to get out of my subdivision. And the supermarket from there is just a minute or two down the road.

I mean it couldn’t be any closer unless it was right outside the entrance of my subdivision, and based on that definition, I live in a food desert.

It’s weird that the federal government even felt the need to create a definition for “food desert” and it’s also weird this liberal retard just changed it to food swamp

Actually it may be his only on point insight in the article. Food deserts, at least the ones in areas he is concerned about, are usually far from deserts and much more accurately swamps. They aren't devoid of food just mainly filled with crappy (for your body) food. Even the lily-white suburbs are full of shitty food they just happen to also have some significantly more healthy options which are economically viable there but rarely viable anywhere else. Areas with only crappy food restaurants and poorly stocked grocery stores are byproducts of socio-economic conditions true for low-income areas of all flavors. Sure Popeye's aims their marketing to their target demographics and you won't find their ads in The Economist but Patek Phillipe doesn't run ads in ATV World magazine either.

Well

......

Have you watched any of the YouTube videos since this came out? Or read the news? Or been to a Popeyes?

Public shaming is a good thing. It's supposed to correct behavior. These aren't little children.

Eating their sandwich means you’re somehow a better person than he racist homophobes that eat at cfa.

Oh, poor Bob, see the thing is, I am not stupid. You, on the other hand, make yourself appear very, very stupid. You should just stop, but you won't because you enjoy the attention.

It’s a giant Rorschach test.

Which is kind of appropriate since it is an interpretive tests about black ink blots on white paper / cards.

The difference between this author and an ignorant redneck spouting any conspiracy theory about race is a weak attempt at logic and fancy wording. Won't waste my time reading the full article.
