You love doing this?

And you don’t have time . lol yeah I’m sure someone who gets joy from such a badass act of defiance has an incredibly busy schedule.

I don’t remember seeing JBE wearing a mask in public. Does he not care about those who work for and around him?

I hear ya. Im just salty bc I believe we’ve given up far too many rights in the last 20 years. When it becomes “illegal” for me to make a personal decision on MY health I feel violated. The hypocrisy of allowing somethings versus others gets my core. Simple things like being fined for not wearing a life jacket in a boat less than 16’ but 16.5’ I’m good. My choice to not wear one, while maybe not smart, only has implications on me personally.

Sure. Again. It’s not a direct comparison.

It’s simply a response to the “government can’t mandate clothes” argument

see now this is a bad comparison because the mask argument isn't about you

its about you spreading to others

You cannot actually be this stupid

I feel confident in saying that you sound fairly dispensable and society as a whole would be all good with chalking people like you up as ‘collateral damage’, but no, unfortunately you getting sick does have implications beyond just you.

It’s a comparison about being told what to do and why. A comparison about affecting me Vs others would be mandating a mask to protect others but allowing the mass distribution of cigarettes which kills more than Covid ever will. Or mandating a mask in public but allowing allowing abortion. While I don’t seek opportunities to harm others it is also not my job to protect others unless I choose as it is their right to frequent places where their best interests are shared by others. Requiring masks will be a self-regulating situation for businesses based on their base if they are afforded the right to choose.

Get healthy Louisiana would be a much better campaign!

Control your weight!
Control your diabetes!
Exercise Louisiana!

This would be a much better use of our Governor's time.

Not telling people to waste their time wearing masks which do nothing.

This is what gets me. Women will tear you apart for not wearing a mask, but are perfectly fine with sucking a baby out of the womb piece by piece

But that might motivate these people to not be lazy frickin pieces of shite that vote for JBE.

So that will never happen.

Yeah man it’s really hard to squeeze a 30 minute trip to the store in once a week.

Great then make a law that says you can’t get sick...or that you can’t do anything that has implications on others. I typically don’t respond to those who have to resort to name calling or insults while others are discussing the world we live in but i made an exception here and although I’ll regret giving you the pleasure of a response later, I’ll submit it.

Saw many folks in a NWLA grocery store with masks on this weekend. Besides the “at risk” wearing masks, it’s sad to see the sheeple get in line to lick boots. Unfortunately it looks like the pro freedom baws are outnumbered when SHTF come along next yr.

It obviously doesn’t make much sense and it won’t be heavily enforced

I’m not for the mandate as I see most people wearing masks already

I don’t think a mandate is necessary

I agree. The little town I live in had about 80% of the people wearing them. Most were elderly and none were workers at the store
