Not sure what u are talking about. People can criticize Jindal for a lot of things but not about coordinating things during a national disaster. I haven't seen anybody better than him at it.

JBE needs to realize that politically, he really doesn't have a leg to stand on regarding the Republican nominee visiting.
Obama is golfing and refuses to leave Martha's Vineyard, and Shrillary decided she needs to nap this weekend.
Even IF the only reason Trump is coming is for a photo op, isn't the publicity worth more than what our current POTUS and Democratic nominee are doing right now?
JBE needs to play the role of Chris Christie after Sandy when Obama visited NJ -- he was welcoming, and touched Obama went. Some things transcend party lines. Unfortunately, many people can't see that.

Jindal was the GOAT at managing crisises in this state and Louisiana never saw anything get out of hand under his watch. Jindal is a guy you want as Governor in
situations like this flood.

He threatened LSU football to get tax increases.
He's raised taxes a shite ton and it's making the recession even worse and putting the economy in stagnation and driving producers out of state. You can't tax your way out of a recession, you have to grow the economy. We're one of the most heavily taxed states and we have nothing to show for it.
And that's just in less than a year. We still have three years to go.

People don't get it. This situation needs attention nationally. Trump will bring that. I've seen dumb asses defending the President's decision to remain on vacation and not come here. Leaders lead. End of story. He should have come, if for no other reason than to bring attention to the situation. Attention equals increased Federal response and increased monetary donations from across the country.

You're not wrong here, except for the part that there's no "if" about it.
I have no problem at all with Trump going down - anything to bring more attention to the situation is a good thing. But the posters on here saying he cares about average citizens and is coming down to do good and not to try and get a bump in the polls are kidding themselves. And when Hillary comes down, it'll be for the exact same reason.
