Because it's just a script that scrapes the known cracked email/password lists that are out there and spams out the same email to all the addresses on the list including the cracked password for each email address.
I wrote one in python in about fifteen minutes.

I just got a phone call from a private detective in response to the reply that I sent below. He said one of the ladies on the text group saw that response and was terrified so she called him. I looked up the number and it appears to be a private detective in Baton Rouge.
