My point is, you are trying to compare the world wars to the boxer rebellion and Japanese history. In terms of question difficulty.

By your own admittance, you learn about the world wars for a week at a time starting in elementary.

Yet you might get a single paragraph covering Japanese history or the far east in general.

I could ask the which side did Russia fight for in wwi question to 100 randoms and over 90% get it right.

Ask 100 people the boxer rebellion question or the Japanese history question, and maybe 10% get it right.

Your comparison is a farce. Just pointing that out.

Have you thought about what you're going to do after you're expelled?

Go to the registrar and withdraw from school. Go to recruiting office and join Marines.

Tell parents and friends you were disillusioned and wanted to make something with your life. Don't talk to them until after you have joined military and preferably after you have left for boot.

Serve your country to the very best of your ability and learn what it means to put something important on the line every day.

Come back in four years with a good military record and they will happily take you back, if you kept your life clean while in the military.

New start, new life, and hopefully you will do better next time.

This will work and you need to consider it.

Man up!

ETA: Why would anyone in any field hire you at this point? You’ve proven you’re dishonest and incompetent. If you can’t do a job and can’t be trusted you’re worthless to almost all employers

If you have 90 hours, you should be able to go in as an e-3. Solid $1600/month. MIght be worth it....just don't cheat while in the Corps, they frown upon that

I did say that Steauxn, but only after reading maybe the first 4 or 5 pages of posts.

And then he suddenly reappeared and I quickly realized he had no chance of making it in the Marines.

At this point I need to change what I wrote, as I have no reasonable advice for him after getting to know him better.

I would suggest he go to work for Waste Management, but I really like our Tuesday and Friday trash pick up crew. They are good, hard working guys and I have no desire to put their work ethic down.

Glad you didn't become an allied health professional such as an occupational or physical therapist.

All I do is write and analyze and I like it

I actually thought about joining the military but if I did I was gonna join the air force. I've got 3 buddies who joined and that's what they all went in. Plus if I got stationed at barksdale I'd be able to stay in my own backyard

I vaguely remember a couple classmates that got caught cheating on a programming project. I think they failed the class and was put on probation. They still ended up graduating after a while. This was at LSU around 2000.

Also I don't see how writing these papers at this stage of my college career will help me in my career.

How has not writing them worked out for your "career" path?

Writing papers is great for the learning process, probably regardless of the field that you are in. A person never delves as deeply into a subject matter as when you have to examine and organize the information in order to put it into your own words. This is how you demonstrate that you truly understand something. By having to communicate the information you have to understand the information. Other forms of testing you can get around having to thoroughly having to understand it as much as writing a paper.

Also, the part that is applicable to every single field of study and career path is that it practices organizing and communicating ideas. This is an important skill to have in order to excel in anything.

I once argued with a teacher that Cleopatra was more a greek than an Egyptian.
Ptolemy = greek.
His dynasty subjicated ethnic Egyptians. So likely Cleopatra was a greek.
But I was wrong for saying she was a greek?-
Please. Egypt had 33 dynasties. The last the Ptolemies were Greek.

Point being. It's not about being right it's about telling the teacher what they want
