Gordon McKernan suing E. Eric Guirard over mocking ad

The car wreck lawyers are starting to feed on their own. You should watch the commercial in the link. It is actually pretty funny.

Would be great if there was a bar association ban on advertising in Louisiana. The highway 90 corridor from New Iberia to Lafayette is shameful.

That's not what he was disbarred for.
Also Gordon isn't the only PI attorney who stands on 18 wheelers so I don't see how he can even claim E was using his likeness or whatever.

Advertising by lawyers in La. is relatively recent. Used to be, you could get in Dutch if the shingle you hung outside your office was too big-- it was considered "advertising".
