I’m fairly certain there are more passengers robbing the driver then getting into an accident in his car

Honestly don’t believe this hasn’t happened yet
The government got out of front of this. You cannot file suit over anything with the vaccine.

I would assume he commits a lot of money towards charity, so consider your high insurance rate an unplanned donation. He got the whole state to be more charitable.

Lamar has his new billboards up: he’s standing, arms crossed holding a bible, atop a middle-aged burnout’s minivan.

Gordon McKernan is now going after Uber and Lyft.
He was in front of me on Coroporate BLVD in his Ferarri. His right rear tail light was out. As we came up to the next light I got next to him was trying to get his attention to let him know. I was guessing it would be a good pay day to for someone like himself to hit a rich guy in a Ferarri with a tail light out.
He refused to acknowledge my existance. Just kept his eyes forward.

one insane advertising budget.
per my friend that works there, the marketing budget is north of 50% of gross overhead costs. That's the most he could say, no specific numbers.

I know him. Same age as one of his daughters. He's not a scumbag like most would think by his advertising and cringey commercials. He arguably saved the tigers with the Boutte NIL deal, but he's also just a good guy. Does a lot for the BR community (habit for humanity, food drives, etc.)

That's our new recruiting coordinator you're talking about. Put some respect on his name.

We need more NIL money

I believe this authorized by Corinthians 3:50.
Gordon prayed on it and this was the just result.

This is the type of shite that makes people not want to do business here.. But let's not just blame him, I doubt he is the only one.

Nothing better for the BR community than getting every EBT wielder to sue for just about anything and fill our courts with thousands of frivolous lawsuits

you should melt just a little bit harder.

The interesting thing is the mentality of the clients that hire contingency fee attorneys and the ones that walk into my firm and spend $550-$1300 an hour fee for service are basically the same.
I see clients on a regular basis that have always hated the idea of litigation until they "felt" wronged and then they turn into rabid dogs ready to take their perceived case to the "Supreme Court". These are often highly educated professionals with 8 or 9 figure net worths.
One of my partners has modified a turn of phrase: "Everybody has principles under they get punched in the face".

LSU might as well tell recruits that their NIL deals are sponsored by Statefarm, Allstate, Geico, and Progressive.

He's going to run uber and lyft right out the state.
Drunk driving will go up.

Just saw his commercial advertising paydays for ride sharing passengers involved in an accident. Gordon and the rest of his ilk are such trash.
He's slime, but LSU football fans are going to still love him now.

A distant cousin of mine was or maybe still is on the board of Texans Against
Lawsuit Abuse. He also sues vendors, business rivals or anybody else that gets in his way at the drop of a hat.
