McKernan also accused Guirard of identity misappropriation by airing a "big rig" television ad that mocked McKernan. The ad depicts a man bearing McKernan's likeness plunging off an 18-wheeler while filming a commercial spot.

I thought that one was pretty funny.

Ditto.

E may be a POS, but at least he isn’t a virtue signaling POS.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. I worked for Gordon for 8 years. He’s a good man. He’s hard-working, a family man and a Christian. Those are not things he just pretends to be to get business. He genuinely cares about his employees and clients and has a very kind and giving heart.

Someone should have told him that the commercial with his son playing football was a very bad idea and reeks of douchiness, whether he was trying to look that way or not.

Buying 100 bicycles for underprivileged kids every Christmas is a good thing.

Turning around and spending at least as much, if not more, on billboards publicizing that deed? THAT reeks of douchiness.

But with the kind of money he has and spends on billboards why stop at 100? Or specifically 94? I do not understand why he advertises something as stingy as that?

I’ve seen 94 one year, 97 in another. I just rounded up. Also, I have no idea of what kind of bikes they are, what kind of a deal he got on them, or hell...if he actually even bought them. All we have is his word for it.

All of which is beside the point.

The point is, the whole thing is a very cynical gimmick. Real charity doesn’t advertise.

Hard working men who care about their community don't sue people into bankruptcy over fender benders. Don't believe this happens? I'll happily give you my contact information and I will show you the wage garnishments from one of my employees after a bumper tap in traffic. That office destroyed her finically. The car still gets driven everyday. I'll even put my money where my mouth is and bet you a thousand bucks you can't point out the damage from that horrible accident that resulted in...

Severe Headaches
Cervical and Thoracic Strain
Chest pains
Post-traumatic stress disorder
physical pain and suffering
mental and emotional pain, anguish, and distress
loss of income and impairment of earning capacity
loss of enjoyment of life

I'm sure Gordon is a nice enough guy but lets not pretend like every single person who dials that number is looking for help and not a pay day.

Oh hey Gordon.

Since we have you on the horn, can you please do me a favor and knock it off with the bible quotes? If not for anything, it's unbelievably embarrassing to know cars passing from California to Florida on I-10 can see this - and no doubt think to themselves... "What in the shite is THIS about?!"

Like spending $50k in commercials and billboards to let everyone know he's giving away $9000 worth of bikes?

You could’ve married into a lawyer dynasty if you didn’t wear basketball shoes and drive a Hyundai

I could have gotten a job at Gordon’s shop about 6 months ago. I politely declined.

If a kid falls off a bike, does Gordon sue himself?
