Both of these guys are pretty much bags of shite, but Eric was chasing ambulances with the "E Guarantee" since before I can remember.
Although I really don't care for either of them, I hope the E won.
BTW It's kind of funny that this settled before it made it to a courtroom. I'd venture to think that neither of them know what the inside of one looks like.

must say i felt so bad that the both of them had to go through this tough time

I drove through BR the other day. From Blue Bayou til the end of 110 at Airline, 95% of the billboards were for personal injury lawyers.

Gordon rented almost every billboard in the city (which is a lot). He started doing that about a year ago.

Gordon is the all American man with the all American family, every time his commercials come on my wife watches them with glee in her eyes, then looks over at me with contempt and disgust. I just hang my head and cry a little.

To be fair, McKernan is still operating within the bounds of the law. Guirard had his license striped for some significant ethical and legal misdeeds.
