I'm thinking California mobile home isn't the same as southern US mobile home.

Now that's what I call living.
Mobile home parks and mobile homes in some parts of Cali are different than mobile homes in the rest of the USA. Housing is so expensive in some areas that some mobile home parks are the equivalent of say a Louisiana or Texas McMansion subdivision.

Ive seen some decent ones in Florida too. Snowbirds with a nice pension come down from the NE to stay for the winter. The one I'm thinking of actually has a golf course as well.
