Stay at a hotel not a VBRO. Plan your meals with reservations so you’re always getting amazing food instead of whatever. Plan for it to be hot.

Stay on Northshore.
Don’t leave Northshore.
Spend all disposable money on the Northshore at local business.
Leave Northshore.
At anytime do not make plans to move to the Northshore or Buy/Rent any residence on the Northshore.
Leave Northshore for where ever you came from.
Tell family and friends what a good time you had in New Orleans when you return.

Is you bullet proof?

If they lay into you it’s best just to let ‘em finish.

I enjoy staying at the Windsor Court. The restaurants are very good and there is a lovely rooftop pool and workout and spa facility.

You haven't mentioned how many in your family, the ages or what food or activities you may be looking for. That information would be helpful.

I also suggest posting on the food board and the travel board for more information particularly if you provide more information.

All good idea Gris Gris. I enjoy the Windsor as well due to the location and the nice valet area out front. The bar and music is very good as well.

And Restaurant August is right across the street as well as Harrahs. Can walk overtoward the Quarter or to Fulton Street and Warehouse District very easily as well.
