WE NEED TO GO BACK

Maybe so. I’m not usually the complainer in here, but in regards to service related issues, here is my quick summary of crap I’ve seen in the last four days-
* Rouses mid day on Saturday had three registers open. Lines to check out were back into the shopping aisles.
* Wife went to get milk at Walgreens by house Sunday night. Sold out of all milk. I went again last night, still empty shelves. Long lines and shitty employees.
* last night my son wanted nasty Chipotle. Place order in App and head to store for 7:10 pick up time. At 7:25 I asked the cashier if she could check on order. She mumbles something in Spanish to the person next to her. At 7:30 I grab another employee who goes and finds the order in the back. To go orders are supposed to be in shelf by register. Again, long lines of trashy arse people and shitty workers.

* I’m at a major medical facility this morning taking my dad to see a specialist. Appointment for 10:00. Finally took him back to see doctor at 10:55. Ignorant annoying employees behind desk won’t shut up and do there jobs. One even had baby daddy bring wild arse kid up to visit her and they all yelled and cut up in waiting area for 10 minutes.

Old man rant over. I need a vacation to the mountains.

It is not just McDonald’s everything was like that in the 80’s. Today people would rather find something to complain about instead of just smiling and enjoying life.

All true. People went to McDonald’s as families even then. We also did not know how bad the crap we were eating was. This has run off many Americans who know the stuff they out in that food. That pink slime stuff was the end of it for me.

Suprised 2020's McD's don't have electric scooters to get from your car to a table.

No one wearing pajamas.

McDonalds crew wearing uniforms and everyone's pants are at the appropriate height.

We were once a dignified and thriving society. I’m just glad I had the opportunity be a kid during this time.

How did I know on before even opening this link that it wasn't gonna be "Everything was so much better. Everything was so much better. Everything was so much better." Rahhrr back in muhr day de McDonalds was even betta. Dude, it's a McDonalds

According to this data from US Bureau of Justice, violent crime is 75% less today than that era. A massive downtrend. Everyone has a video camera today. No one did then. So everything gets posted. OTers aren't really capable of thinking that deep.

Violent and Property Crime by year

I bet $10,000 OP is over 50 years old
