Apparently 'stop and frisk' can no longer be utilized to curb gun violence but WHY does NOPD not consider a 'bait car' team ?

Do you really think JW would charge someone caught in a bait car sting?

If john Q Public would do that, it would put a stop to it.

That Soros puppet DA would probably want to charge the good citizen.

NOPD is far too concerned with not solving murders to bother solving grand theft auto.

I'm old enough to remember the halcyon days of 2015 when we had bait bikes.

there’s a bill in the state house right now to change the sentence for simply burglary within 1 square mile of a public event (festival, sports, music, etc) to jail time 1-12 years. The problem isn’t enforcement it’s the consequences

the thieves know that even if they get caught there’s no bad ending. Maybe this will help

Jason Williams ran for DA on a platform of NOT prosecuting petty crimes, so guess what? All the idiots that have kinds that commit petty crimes voted for him.

Because the guilty party can't be prosecuted.

Because even when they do catch the car thieves, they don't charge them. It would end up being a waste of money to catch them just for nothing to happen.

This is their form of reparations. You know the race if most victims and the race of most perps. So guess what, they not worried about it.

I'm sure bait cars fall under "mean stuff" and are no longer pursued.

Also NOPD is USELESS. I had a hit and run, they caught the guy half mile away, couldn't give me any of his data for my insurance company to file against. I'm guessing the only reason they took him in at all was the fact his car was a mess and the guy was (probably) high or drunk and posed an immediate threat to life nearby. He destroyed my car on a narrow side street.
