I was reading the recipe you posted. That's the only dip she mentioned that sounded appealing to me.

I'm telling you, a mixture of honey, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper. You get the sweetness, tang, and heat.

I wish I could tell you the portions I use, but I always wing it.

Yeah, I dont dip them. If I did it would be something like a hot mustard maybe. Or I could see syrup even.

But not ketchup or honey mustard for sure. Would ruin them.

If someone asked for either one, I'd ask them to kindly leave. Even grandma Hemp would get put out to the cold.

I tell you what would probably make a great dip for them is the syrup from candied jalapenos.

That stuff is the bomb drizzled on some bacon.

Green Pepper casserole.. Absolutely delicious.. But if I have too much I get heartburn.. But I always have the Alka Seltzer ready Thanksgiving evening anyway..
