West Feliciana sports park trail and Port Hudson are two over 5 miles in the area. Comite River trail is 4.5.

yeah, I have bone-on-bone arthritis in my left knee. It's a problem, and I have to baby it, but the pain is not too terrible. I intend to wear it out before I get it replaced in 5-10 years.

This is very true. You should train going both up and down. Down is tough on quads, ankles and knees. Training up and down and stairs will help that too.

Seven Hollows Trail at Petit Jean in Arkansas along with the rim trail at mount Nebo. Also Mount Nebo has some awesome mountain bike trails they just opened up.
