I used to have a Ouija board, but I used to always move it and never told anyone (until now).

It used to give me entertainment value when I controlled the answers and other kids would get freaked out... Or you could tell they were a little scared, but tried to hide it. And I would make it spell out random shite and someone would always find something to connect it to in order to convince themselves they knew what it was in reference to.

I don’t think it’s so much the board but rather state of mind when you play the game.

You could probably do the same thing with a piece of paper with letters. The board doesn’t attract spirits it’s just a tool. Your mind and spirit draw them.

I’ve seen things that terrified me. I’ve been grabbed and thrown before in a haunted mansion. I don’t frick with that shite anymore it’s absolutely real

I am assuming you are joking, but if not.. Why? You think a game board with letters and an object made out of plastic made by a game board company is actually controlled by spirits?

I had a friend in college who didn’t think ghosts or anything supernatural was real. He, his girlfriend and a few of her friends got one out on Halloween as a gag. He said it all felt like bullshite until they asked the spirit they were “talking” to its name. It spelled out his deceased great grandmothers name (Opal) that he had been really close with. He says he had never told his gf about her and he was not pulling the little curser around. He said they asked if they were a relative of anyone in the circle and it pulled hard to “yes”.
At that point he said the hair on the back of his neck raised up and he stopped playing. His GF said that he was pale like he was going to puke. My buddy says he still doesn’t believe in ghosts but that fricked him up for a day or two.

There’s other stories too that I would just rather not risk it. Yea I know it’s 99% likely to be bullshite but I don’t want to risk it

Random question. Didn’t you tell a story on here a long time ago about you and your buddies going out to some ancient Indian burial ground at night and some really creepy/scary shite started happening?

I messed around with one in college and whether somebody moved it or not it sure as hell felt like it was moving on its own and answering questions. That was it for me.

I think I read somewhere that its a subconscious thing and that with everyone's hands lightly on the cursor, its moved by nerves from the hands and that the answers will always be likely in the back of someone's mind.. I don't remember the details, but there is some scientific explanation to it.

But if I am being honest about my earlier post, part of the reason I used to control where it went because in the back of my head I didn't want it to do something that would freak me out.

We messed around with one of those things when I was about 11. I felt an evil in that room that I've never felt since (I'm 50). I will never touch one of those things again. It spelled out the name of some local person who had drowned in 1942. We went to the library and looked it up on microfiche. It was legit. It may just be some silly board...but if you think spiritual warfare isn't real, Satan has performed his greatest trick on you.

Yep. Played with one in college and we asked it was there a spirit present and the board said yes twice. We then asked it for a name and it spelled PIG three times …. Never again

Speaking to an Arkansas fan from beyond the grave is horrifying. You’re lucky to be alive

It think that people that aren't believers almost walk around with blinders on. As if subconsciously they choose not to see the things that other can see, hear, feel, etc. That way there's always a plausible deniability. Not that it's a bad thing. I hate snakes, and somehow I'm always the last person to see one, or I don't see it at all.

People don’t take seriously the things that we cannot see. Spiritual warfare is real. I’m not gonna preach to anyone, but all I’m saying is there are multitudes of nasty spirits looking to drag a person to Hell. You always have to be on guard.

So what is it that you think gives Ouija Boards their magical properties when constructed and why do you think evil spirits would use them to communicate with people? Do you honestly think if evil spirits existed that they would need man made devices to spell letters as their form of communication?
