You can pretty much purchase similar in the grocery stores now. Same taste, much cheaper.

Food Lion sells their own brand of them. And they taste just exactly like the girl scout cookies. Probably made by the same company with different packaging. Cheaper too.

Check your grocery store cookie isles. I bet they have them.

+ the whacked out parents who’d still let their children participate in 2026 are not raising the girls of yesteryear

It’s not an organization that deserves to exist anymore. The morally correct move is to pass entirely

The girl scouts keeps a ridiculous amount of that money. Better to just give the kids a buck.

Yeah, well... blame it on the rising cost of quality weed.
Just another example of Cost-Push Inflation that we've been dealing with since the Biden and Covid era.

My daughter is a girl scout and sells them. The girl scouts make $1 per box. Maybe their production and distribution costs are too high, but the fact is they are not making much and need to sell a high volume to raise money.

My wife showed me where it was when we were passing by for some reason. It was creepy going down that road.

Your daughters troop probably makes a buck, the national organization is making more than that

Bought two boxes for $6 each the other day: Thin mints and Tagalongs.

One box for me. And one box for my SO (me).
