If I think of people I’ve known in real life, how many times is the cause of death listed in the obit? Almost never that I can think of.
Even with a public figure, the family members are not public figures and it probably doesn’t occur to them to announce the specific cause unless they want to raise money for research or something.

Well he’s about 10 years younger than all of them, and I’m sure they’ve all done their share of booger sugar. Although Artie probably does have them bested on heroin use.
