I'm assuming you say "other than money" because you are already gifting him cash?
If not, just give him money. He wants money.

Cigars snd bourbon
when my oldest graduated a friend made a Man Kit for him as a gift.
It was an old briefcase with a foam insert. Inside was some cigars, a cigar cutter, a small bottle of bourbon and flask.

What college did he go to and what was his major? This is very important in looking at a potential gift.
If he went to some liberal arts school and/or got some bullsh!t liberal arts degree, the best thing you can do is gift him a lobotomy.
Of course, if he went to eaTme, there's only one gift he would really appreciate it...

I bought a Briggs and Riley suitcase in 2014. I believe it will last me a lifetime. Good idea

A guy should always have a good pair of boots and a watch. The watch is more expensive but you can buy a nice pair of boots for $500.

If he has a degree in finance, he doesn't need some book by some huckster who makes his money by selling crappy books about personal finance.

Give him a downpayment on a house.

I can tell you haven't read the book.
Earning a college degree doesn't guarantee success.
