He thinks his lights just magically clear a path through distracted, idiotic drivers.
Actually had one stop his car, with his lights going, on the tracks in front me once. He found out, in time for him, that his little flashing lights don't stop a train.

The officer had the right of way to continue going straight. The second car in the intersection made a left hand turn in front of him and he hit them (they would seem to be at fault). He then hits the two cars at the light after trying to avoid him. At least that is my take.
