“Ghost Sniper” Dropping Jihadis Like Flies Has ISIS Running Like Little Girls

Meh, unsourced anecdotes. I'm more interested in seeing actual territorial rollbacks by indigenous forces. Outside the Kurds, those have been few and far between.
