1st, OP is an asshat who has no experienced the loss of a parent yet maybe. IDK. I do know my Dad died a month before I was born and it's something that has always been with me and Im 49 now.

Mom died almost 2 years ago now and I cry over many things just thinking of her. Especially this weekend with Mother's Day and the last year Ive had it's been extra rough. She was my only parent and sorry it's just not something you "get over"

#2- I am very disappointed in the OT. Not one mention or picture...For SHAME!!!

My Dad and I talked every Sunday AM about stuff in general, and a lot of LSU. He covered high school sports for years in La; for a newspaper so we always talked about recruiting. He was really looking forward to watching Fournette play. He passed the Friday night before the game suddenly of a heart attack. He never saw him play a down. Damn, I am tearing up now..

Yeah, I'm not good with overly emotional people. I take it as manipulation.

People die everyday just like giving birth.....it's not special its just something that happens when you frick up.

And it wasn't even a sudden death, they chopped 3 limbs off in 3 years before his death. They said goodbye, now move on.

If this isn't a troll you're one heartless SOB. You need to break up with her so she can find someone with a soul.

My Dad is dead. I still get extremely emotional from time to time. You should be kicked in the fricking teeth for even wanting her to move on. Pray you have a daughter that loved you that much you inconsiderate prick. And I mean that in the nicest way possible.

I agree 100%. Guess the OP hasn't lost a Mom or Dad.

Sounds like you need to make a return and go back to the marketplace for something new.

Yep, Walmart takes anything back, and get this, you don't even need a receipt.

Therapy? She likely has some sort of unresolved issue with him. How old was she when he died?
