Get ready for shite to go down with Trader Joe shooting.

Just talked with people who witnessed it and work at businesses in the area.
Comes down to this: a white man shot a pan-handler who is a known entity in the parking lot.
Said the guy " threatened" his wife. (I used quotation marks just to illustrate his reasoning, not to proclaim what I believe)
Get ready for a stand your ground legal battle that does not involve personal property invasion, nor attack by the deceased.
Should be interesting.
Apparently there are a shite load of witnesses who were standing in line to get into Trader Joes. Curious as to their take of what happened.
Oh yeah: shooter drove a red truck. In case anybody cares.

I’ve definitely encountered aggressive panhandlers where I’ve refused and eventually had to brandish a weapon (big machete) when he started coming towards me and threatening me.
I’m sure they’ll paint the grifter as an angel and the Shooter as a White devil.
