24.1

Possibly 24.0, didn't weigh myself today.

A few years back I was in the 28's, but I have since decided to stop being a fatass.

ETA: I used to be an idiot that thought I would look emaciated if I was in the "normal" range of BMI, then I lost 30 lbs and looked fine

BMI is bullshite. I hate it because it says I’m 34 which is severe obese. This is me back in the spring before I lost 15 lbs. Totally unhealthily obese

He's saying his bad heart valve alone caused his heart issues alone.

Him reaching 3 bills for 10 years had nothing to do with it...

and sorry...28% is obese, like it or not.

It’s overweight not obese according to the chart.

But it’s really nitpicking. 28% can look fat on some, and not fat on others.

I don’t have high blood pressure or high cholesterol and my Dr gave me a clean bill of health on my last checkup so I’m not really worried about carrying a few extra lbs. I like my steak and potatoes

Even when I was in the best shape of my adult life, I was considered overweight. BMI around 26

5'11" 185 ish. Good muscle tone. I've just got big legs. BMI never worked in my favor.

Excuse given all the time. They check your blood pressure and pulse in an uncontrolled environment once a year.

That has almost zero reliability.

You're conflating body fat % and BMI. Your BMI is what it is based on weight and height. BFP can vary greatly based on a static BMI.

You are almost certainly not at 28% body fat based on your pic.

25.1 at 6' 185lbs, but I've come a long way from when I was 6' 145 and it was 19.7.

Doing weightlifting and powerlifting has helped me put on mass and be healthy.

Well yeah, holding a baby is going to add some weight to the scale.

That chubby bastard you're holding needs to hit the gym, though.

My BMI is around 26. I also have the brain power to realize I'm an outlier unlike most of these tards
