Agreed.
The other woman should be getting charged, based on the video posted. It's murder if someone dies in the act if a crime you are committing. She committed (aggravated?) assault in that video and the baby died.

I was coming to post this. The other woman should be charged with, at least, the same as the mother if not more. She initiated the attack, no matter how provoked beforehand. The video doesn't really show the mother dropping the kid to fight, it shows the other woman hitting her with a bag, the baby falling and the other woman grabbing the mother and another guy then grabbing the mother too.

I dont agree. It's not the best video but i dont think the bag swing made the mom drop the baby. I'm pretty sure she just straight up dropped her to fight back.

It's an ongoing investigation. I assume they want to find the other woman. The mom waited a day and lied about how the baby was hurt, baby dies.

It almost appears as if one of them stepped on the baby. The woman that picked the child up pushed one of them out of the way so she could pick the child up.
