Yes. That’s what I said.

There will probably be a few more threads on this topic today and this week. You won’t be able to resist posting in them though. You haven’t been able to resist reading through and posting in the first 10

I rarely listen to country music at all.

Look, you’re mad. I get it. You’ve bought in to this story and it means a lot to you. That’s fine. I’m just pointing it out.

Yeah, I think this is aimed more at the DA offices that sat on their hands here. GBI did their job. The DA office is the one who didn't do their job because they didn't want any "conflicts" since the dude used to be a cop.

GBI did their job. Also wasn't it the 3rd mans lawyer that leaked the video? My only thinking why he waited so long was to make sure his client was in the clear on this as just a witness.

My defense of the guy has absolutely zero to do with whether or not he was "just jogging." He wasn't. He was trespassing. The father and son are still wrong.

It blows my mind that people cannot comprehend this

I've said from the very beginning that even if the 2 guys story was 100% legit, they were still in the wrong

Maybe in a manner of speaking. What virtue do you think I’m signaling?

I'm not mad. I'm just...well, it is mostly that I'm just laughing at you right now. You shouldn't let threads trigger you this much. It isn't healthy.

I'm serious, there is zero evidence of this and the media just ran with it.

you come into every thread to remind everyone

Sorry. I think we’re talking past each other. I agree that he wasn’t “just a jogger”, but there are still multiple current media stories that refer to him as such.

No one here is saying he was just shot for jogging, so why do you keep bringing up the media strawman?

Perhaps, but I can’t help but come into a thread where everyone is talking about the emperor’s beautifully embroidered clothes and point out that I can see his arse. I never said I was perfect.

There have been a few, admittedly only a few, that have said he was shot just for being black in the wrong neighborhood. And you know there is still a segment of the media that will continue to try to push this.

Just like the hundreds of other people who are murdered each day by someone of the other race that had ZERO connection to each other. They just got robbed and killed.

There aren't hundreds of people murdered each day let alone hundreds murdered by another race each day.

Ah, they’re just reporting. It’s amazing how the media suddenly discover journalistic ethics in stories like this. “We’re just reporting the facts, Miss”.

Exactly. At the absolute worst entering an uninhabited unsecured new house under construction is at most misdemeanor tresspass. People go check out new houses in construction all the time so it's doubtful a cop catching him in the act would have even made that stick.

The McAssholes can only perform a citizens arrest if they were witness to a FELONY or had immediate knowledge of a felony.

The "he fit the description" of a suspect in recent burglaries in the area was nonsense. The only thing reported stolen in the area in 2020 prior was a gun from the McShitheads unlocked truck. A crime to which there were no witnesses.

Could Arbury have intended to steal something from the site if possible? It's a reasonable possibility, but he didn't. The McMichaels chasing him with guns trying to arrest him is therefore unjustified.

They created a situation that cost a man his life when they shouldn't have.

Arbury trying to take Taterhead Mcmichhaels gun is a reasonable action justified by self defense. Two guys chase with guns and you can't get away our only option is to fight back.

Does this constitute murder? No. There's no way to prove intent and that seems unlikely.

At the least it legally qualifies as manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide.

Actually this is incorrect.

Malice aforethought is not required to commit felony murder, which is what they are charged with.

Jr. killed someone while committing felony aggravated assault. That's murder.
