For those prices you could get a 4000 sq foot home in North Texas with little to no crime and the best public schools in the US.

I see it every day.

No shite. If I could get $265 a sq ft for my house I’d sell it tomorrow. Unfortunately the size of my house and the location wouldn’t make sense for anyone.

That’s a fairly common story. Some people refused to move no matter how bad it got and bought up their neighbors. The first few blocks of General Taylor were the first renovation projects Uptown by the Preservation Resource Center. I’m sure Milan wasn’t any better.
