What is the HBR?

I'd like to contact them and find these "workaholic" millennials to hire. The ones I interview are typically the opposite.

Man, I just wish the "millennials" would form some kind of pact to avoid all the "boozers". That way I wouldn't have to put up with their whiney crap.

I'm a millennial and couldn't name anyone in my social circle that doesn't drink with one or two exceptions of guys who have had to do the rehab thing already.

That said, I suspect there is a huge pocket of dorky and/or smug millennials in places like Brooklyn, Boulder, and San Fran that take great pride in not drinking. Then you also have those that just don't like it, but those exist in any generation.

"Back in my day we were drinking multiple kegs of beer a night and getting ALL of the poon. Hell, I couldn't imagine how much I'd be fricking with all of them damn apps nowadays. These millennial queers have it easy."

I'm willing to work an additional 15 years if we can kill everyone born between 1993 and 2011.

Why 1993? You born in 92 and think you're better?

None we have hired are workaholics. Not terrible workers but definitely not workaholics. Many of the drinkers love to work. They leave work and go drink and talk about work.
