I think it’s the right verdict. Considering his own words about when he pulled the gun, he’s lucky it isn’t murder 2.

Witnesses said McKnight was laughing during the chase while Gasser was enraged and yelling out his window.
Sounded like McKnight thought it was a game and that was his downfall because Gasser decided to end the game.

Haha...Gasser's previous road rage incident pretty much showed that he was an a-hole and a lunatic.
