Gas station food

Played golf last week with a former manager of McDonalds. I was chowing down on a greasy roller sausage with some questionable chili/cheese sauce.
He informed me that gas stations are not inspected by the local health department.
It's usually a department of agriculture employee that puts the stickers on the pump verifying that a gallon is a gallon.
Apu Patel that sits behind 3" plexiglass and has never cleaned a bathroom is exempt. He doesn't even have to have a bathroom in working order. The patchouli incense sold at the counter does little to mask the odor.

Only gas stations I would eat from are Race Trac or Bucees

They are inspected in LA. In fact, you can go to the LA Dept. of Health (actually did this last week) and "google" up any place in LA serving food.
Side note, rarely found one that did not have violations.

I don’t know baw, I ate 3 crispy crunchy chicken tenders yest that just came out fried.
Tasted better than any others rest I’ve ever eaten.
FYI I have small kids so chicken tenders often accommodates us/them.
