Unfortunately, the existence of candified breakfast cereal is pretty much a psy-op from the beginning.
Calling such foods, nutritious, should be criminal. However, the American public has been fed a bunch of lies for decades now. I can remember when, Eggs, were being called unhealthy, but breakfast cereal got a pass.
That's when everyone's bullshite-meter should have been going off.
