Could it have been a way ward traveler that got dumped on the car rental lot and their car wasn’t there and had to walk back to the car counter and ended up on the runway.
I always think of that scene when I have to use airport bus transportation to get from point A to point B like MSY or LAS to get to the car rental place.

Those are at a minimum 8 foot chain link with 4 strands of barbed or razor wire on an angled support at the top.
You don’t wander onto a runway. You don’t just jump the fence.
The odds of accidentally being in front of a jet engine of a moving jet are super small.
This was intentional. A very difficult and determined suicide or a terrorist.

But I DO believe that if the Denver Mayor and the Colorado Governor somehow knew who did this, and knew that they were in Colorado illegally, and knew that their goal was suicide and murder, then the Mayor and Governor would do everything they could to influence the media to sit on the information, and when they could no longer do so, release the information in a way that damaged them, politically, in the least way.
And I know the media would dutifully follow along.
But I DO believe that if the Denver Mayor and the Colorado Governor somehow knew who did this, and knew that they were in Colorado illegally, and knew that their goal was suicide and murder, then the Mayor and Governor would do everything they could to influence the media to sit on the information, and when they could no longer do so, release the information in a way that damaged them, politically, in the least way.

Ultimately I’m hoping we return to a media that is unbiased, and not swayed by the demands of politicians. Just offer up the facts, you don’t have to tell me what I should think about the facts.

Like I mentioned early in this shite thread... odds are its a homeless/crackhead that took the train from downtown out to the airport in the middle of nowhere while high, scaled the fence, and wandered onto the runway.
