And why can’t people separate the concepts of criminal, civil and moral culpability?
SFP just cannot get this through his autistic skull. He's been told a million times and STILL is making the same feeble argument.

Oh Roger...
Your behavior in these threads is a great example of what people are referring to when they talk about how miserable you've become over the years. You've been vehemently rapid fire spamming every Baldwin thread around the clock for days. It's fricking weird.

Carry on with your impersonal analysis of the situation then.
Your superior intellect and moral clarity will be a great boon to all of us pop-culture addicted liberals that tigerdroppings is so famous for.

I've gotten some good chuckles at all the people defending him and putting it all on the prop Dept. Yeah, it's on them, some (why there are live rounds anywhere near a movie set involving firearms is incredibly stupid). But as the man pulling the trigger on a loaded firearm and not visually checking (blanks definitely look different than live rounds) what kind of rounds are loaded in is beyond negligence.
Firearm safety is so engrained in me from my father and all my friend's fathers. Because we've been shooting for as long as I can remember. If I'm in a gun store, and I ask to see a gun, this is how it goes: ask clerk to see said gun. Clerk pulls it out and verifies there is an empty chamber, hands me the gun, the VERY first thing I do is open the chamber and visually inspect there is an empty chamber and empty magazine. It's just what you're supposed do as a responsible person handling a firearm. For your safety and the safety of everyone around you.
If you've ever been in a gun store and someone squeezes off a 12 guage shell into the ceiling without warning, you know exactly how fricking scary it is even if nobody gets hurt. The entire store comes close to taking the person and the clerk who didn't check the gun out back and beating them both to death. My local gun store had THOUSANDS of live rounds in mason jars and milk jugs as a reminder of how negligent people are. They all come from someone who was absolutely positively sure their gun was cleared and safe before they brought it in to have work done or trade in or selling it to the store. Literally thousands of live rounds where the owners have no clue how that round got in the chamber of that gun. It's why you visually check any firearm ever handed to you.
He isn't completely at fault, but he has the ultimate authority on whether or not this happened had he done a simple visual check of his firearm.

Your superior intellect and moral clarity
Progressives consider "normal" measures to be superior. That's why we laugh at you.
That's what I have learned from you people today. Everything is so challenging!

I get it. It’s not your analogy, so you’ll just ignore the larger obvious point rather than having an honest discussion. Which is that there are varying degrees of culpability. Something I think you agree with, right? I mean that’s the entire point of our regulatory state, that various people have responsibility on a job site .

So stupid.
A prop gun is a real gun. It's the ammunition that's different.

Its bizarre how Entertainment gets passes when a construction company would go under.
Imagine having several trenching failures, then finally having a fatal one.

I can’t get over the number of people arguing over basic gun safety.

It is. Every page in every thread has him repeating himself. Just like the Petito thread and countless others, it's not worth dealing with him

I don’t expect anyone to serve time over this, but someone will be writing a large check.

It’s a dumb analogy because it doesn’t mirror what happened here at all.
The correct analogy would have a professional responsible for maintaining the safety of the bulldozer turn that bulldozer over to you, and you run someone over using that bulldozer, which you didn’t think could move forward because it wasn’t supposed to have movement capabilities…? The energy drink/hallucinogenic bit doesn’t fit anywhere in there. It’s just an awful analogy.

Take a moment to consider the possibility that you've gone so far off the deep end politically that moderate Republicans are now progressives in your eyes.
Or don't, and just insult me with something that you think sounds really clever.

Look at his tweets- he wants to know how it “ feels” to kill a man and thanks a guy for getting shot by Cheney. Well now he knows. He fricked around. He found out.

What ever happened to being ignorant of the law is not a defense for breaking the law???

Why on earth would an actor even consider for a split second that a movie prop may be firing live ammunition?
Because it has happened many times in the past...
Because there is inherent danger when using firearms if any kind. Blanks or not.
Just a couple guesses.
