You never ever point a live firearm at another person regardless of situation, unless you intend to kill them.

This is something basic that people are trying to get in your idiot head.

This thread is everything thats wrong with the world. Politics over everything. In no way should anyone that was in Alec’s position be blamed for this NO ONE! Who pulled the trigger on The Crow? You don’t know because NO ONE even dared to blame the ACTOR who pulled the trigger. The blame is on the person whose job it was to maintain the prop gun PERIOD!

Also Adam Lanza and his mother were both trained and had certificates from the NRA and look at how great that training worked out. Just stupid this entire thinking to use THIS as a political attack is pathetic

I also don’t think Baldwin needs to be charged with a homicide

Ive never said he should

But if it were a more intelligent person, I probably would.

His stupidity gives him a break. I have no doubt he is clueless about firearms.

Right. A faggy actor breaks protocols and kills someone, and youre pissed because you think the hatred is all political.

He will never ever take full responsibility. That's the kind of person he is.

Cool, well this liberal entitled actor WAS on a movie set, so your comparison is fricking pointless.

The best part about that situation involving cars is that many people have been arrested and charged when their brakes failed or a tire falls off their car and kills someone.

How many of them were handed the keys by the professional responsible for maintaining the safety of the vehicle immediately before the brakes failed or tires fell off?

Who was responsible for the set, and safety on the set?

You missed the biggest most glaring part.

How's that defense work out for the drunk that gets behind the wheel, and kills somebody?

Considering there was no alcohol mentioned anywhere in this situation, this is just fricking stupid.

More akin to running over someone at the first red light you get to because the mechanic disabled your brakes.

Imagine I’m a heavy equipment operator. And I drink energy drinks . And I hop in my bulldozer and my supervisor hands me an open cup with my energy drink. Except it’s spiked with a hallucinogenic. And I then run over a laborer and kill him. Who is responsible? Legally? Morally? Ethically? Professionally? Doesn’t the fault lie with both parties- one more than the other- but ultimately both in different ways?

And why does discussing this Baldwin thing drive progressives to the brink of insanity? What’s up with that?

For someone repeatedly has said he isn't arguing for criminal charges, you've spent a shite ton of time criticizing everyone who argues otherwise.

Not sure who else you actually thing is listening to your bullshite besides the rest of your poli board nutjob friends.

When they have as little gun experience as most women. I don't get it either.

Evidently youre a capitol rioter and anti vaxxer if you harbor ill feelings toward Baldwin over his careless homicide.

This analogy is… really something.

And why can’t people separate the concepts of criminal, civil and moral culpability? And understand that ALL are valid discussions.

I think it’s similar right? A supervisor who has responsibility did something negligent that resulted in an employee taking a life. Please provide a better analogy and we will discuss that.

Sure. But that's not what I am criticizing you for. I don't expect you to understand the difference though.

I haven't criticized one comment that stated solely that he shouldn't be given criminal charges.

And if Alec Baldwin hadn’t long ago established a pattern of being an unhinged lunatic, I might be more inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt on that.
