How many times is the order actually wrong or you were being a dumbass and misspoke and actually got what you ordered.
I've worked in restaurants, lots of us have. I have had customers look me right in the face after I repeated their order, tell me I got it rt, then decide once they get their food, that's not what they ordered.

Like I said I was there for lunch today sitting in the bar area. Right across from me was a table of 3 black women. None of them had any issues like this women had and all seemed to enjoy their food.
