It will go before a Grand Jury. Once he's indicted, they'll set a trial date.
Depending on the amount of pretrial motions entered, it could be 6 months or maybe a year before trial.

The 2 new race baiting attorneys Anthony has representing him will be hoping that they can get an ignorant drain on society like this onto the jury.

There's video of the events leading up to altercation. That's not surprising. What's surprising is that it hasn't leaked somewhere yet. Frisco PD has it now, but I doubt they can keep it under wraps for much longer.
ETA: Down in the comments, there is a woman that says the video was recorded by a student from the same High School as Austin and starts minutes before the stabbing and records everything from within the tent. Take it for what it's worth.

i assume there weren't a ton of people there and it happened pretty fast. unless it was a security camera, i figured there wouldn't be any video

Eh, lots of times at events like this, there are students that work in AV for the school news channel, year book or school social media account filming. Not that difficult to imagine someone just turned the camera when an argument started -- and that doesn't even count the amount of kids filming for a quick Tik Tok or Insta post from the meet.

How are they getting fun raising for a murder charge? Didn’t they block Rittenhouse from getting funds b/c he was arrested for a crime and anyone with a brain could see that was self defense.
