That's why smart men don't get married.

Exactly how stupid do you have to be to sign a contract that says if she cheats & divorces you that she gets half of everything you own + alimony?
Divorce for a woman is like hitting the lottery where she gets both the Lump Sump Payout AND the Monthly Check.

She stays, you pay.
She leaves, you pay
She cheats, you pay
You leave, you pay

Wait..... My current girlfriend has been doing that for a few years now

That can be a good sign or a bad sign

It just depends on the context and the people involved in the relationship. My wife farts in front of me all the time, and we have a great relationship.

Work out.
Dress well.
Dont over-drink.
Dont mention the ex.
Short-term relationships only.

Repeat as needed.

Most importantly:
Wrap.
It.
Up.

Around one-third of people who have affairs report that the affair partner was a coworker. People spend 40+ hours per week together, sharing challenges and accomplishments that create emotional bonds. Also, frequent interaction increases familiarity and attraction and then if they travel together, or take a lunch together, those are more moments. And if one spouse is staying "after work" for after-hours projects -- those are creating additional opportunities.
Another feminism death blow.

what percentage of time does a wife leave her husband and NOT have another man already lined up? Feels like this almost never happens.

Did you decide to date older, younger, or the same age as you when you started dating again?

Interesting that we have people from as far away as Idaho on here.

Which part of Idaho do you live in and what’s it like?

Never.

Women look at husbands like men look a jobs, don't quit one until you have the next one lined up.
And she didn't land the next sucker by keeping her legs closed.
And her husband probably thinks this was the only guy she cheated with in the last 35 years.
The odds that the first guy she cheated with decided to take her on are Zero.

Old adage applies...

If it floats, flies or fricks, rent it. Maintenance is too expensive to own.

It sounds amazing. But. The reality is your going to bring over a 25 year old without any clue of American Society, How basic checking accounts work, how to drive, how to deal with insurance.

You will have someone completely isolated and 100 dependant on you.

Thats the reality.
Then when you bring her family over, they will all want to live with you in 1 house. Or you will have to live over there.

Then she will eventually leave you, once she secured your assests.

His lucky day. Now he can get a younger model and not feel guilty. Assuming he is successful and not a wrinkled old broke loser.
