In my experience if you think it and it makes you unhappy just tell her as nicely as you can.
Yes she will get hurt. She will get mad. But women are self conscious and it’s the only way you’ll get her to change her habits. If you say nothing or lie and tell her she looks good be prepared to have a fat wife.
If she leaves you over it then at least you no longer have a fat wife and she didn’t love you enough to make small changes to improve the sex life between you and for her health benefit

I find the easiest way to hint to your wife is to start working out yourself and then she’ll start to feel like she need to catch up

What it does is make them resent you and motivate them to get fitter than you and leave. Or they stay fat and cheat on you with someone who makes them feel pretty and sexy as they are.

It wasn't received very well but she gave it a bit of a go but the deal was he had to ride as well. They sold the bike on Marketplace probably 18 months ago
She really is a cute girl and I don't think she's that fluffy. He caught a bit of hell for it but it was some pretty low hanging fruit ball busting.
