8,500 sq/ft two story building

Along with renovations.

Ah the good ole days.
Hopefully Dublin’s is next.

If that were to happen then fights in Tigerland would be reduced to only instances of "Chad" and "Brad" fighting over some Tri Delt

I am sure Bonfanti passing away made it an easy decision for him. Guess it’s safe to say he bought the building from the estate ? Anyone know about the other buildings ? Were they purchased from the estate too ?

They are going with the policy of "if you fall off the balcony, you have to buy the entire bar a round of the most expensive drinks there." That will keep people from falling.
