WWLTV Investigation

quote:

It works like this: pack a car with people, side-swipe an 18-wheeler, then plant witnesses at the scene to blame the truck driver. Later, file a lawsuit claiming serious injuries.

quote:

Daniel Patrick Keating, referred to in the indictment as "Attorney A."

I hope they bust every single ambulance chasing weasel that's been in on these scams - untold amount of truckers have lost their jobs because of these wrecks and countless millions on settlements to these pieces of trash.

If you can’t afford an extra $600 a year then maybe you shouldn’t be driving. Or maybe cut back in some other areas until you can.

So you're cool with handing over $600 a year to scumbag pieces of shite that drive up the cost of your insurance because they don't want to work a real job?

Real edgy bro.

Most 18 wheelers are now equipped with a camera or two to counter these assholes

So since you can afford it so easily, why don't you just toss 50 bucks out your window once a month. That's what this is. You're either trolling here or you're just one stupid frick. It will never matter how much I make, wasteful spending is wasteful spending....and this is for scum bags, not an extra bottle of Scotch each month for me to enjoy.

I have been on a few scenes with this scenario.

It falls apart more often than not.

I filled out the survey from LSU today and said I don't want to see any ads from the injury attorneys. Please keep my game day safe from that stuff. I see enough billboards. Thanks.

That pic of John Bel, John Breaux, Gordon & their hangers on in the war room is basically the Louisiana version of the scene in Titanic where the violin trio is playing songs while the ship is sinking.
