Sometimes people just don't get to be part of the cool kids club. That isn't state sponsored censorship. It just means you need to figure out how to be cooler if you want to be part of the cool kids club

Twitter isn’t the government. It doesn’t have anything to do with the constitution.

You must have never had to kick someone out of the cool kids party but have to allow someone because he was so and so's brother. The government tried to get involved and then they realized that it was a private party and we could control who stays and and who doesn't.

its policy on hateful conduct prohibits promoting violence or threatening attacks against people based on religious affiliation, race and ethnic origin.

yet negros post racist and violent and threatening remarks all the time with nothing happening to them.

I heard a radio interview with some domestic terrorist expert a few years ago. My favorite bit of info was the total number of actual Klansmen is fewer than the average attendance of a WNBA game.

So they just banned him just to ban him?

He didn’t say something specific but they just felt like banning him.

Oh wait, he is a straight white guy. Got it

I have no problem with someone like Duke not be given a platform...

The problem is Twitter gives equally hateful (and honestly more hateful) people a platform.

Yep.

Although I’d like to see what he posted that was so bad. While his past actions gives him little benefit of the doubt.....it seems like I only ever hear “former KKK” leader rather than something he actually did recently.
