He knows exactly how and why speed limits are set the way they are. 25 mph is way too slow for a 4-lane divided highway. Maybe if the people in the area took responsibility for themselves and wouldn't meander in the roadway like characters from The Walking Dead, there wouldn't be a problem. I see the same shite every day on Florida Blvd. near downtown. It's like a bunch of walkers hanging around.

Eh, if done correctly it can look really good. Unfortunately, it's not done well a majority of the time so people automatically assume it's trashy. The key is to make it clean and remove things, not add more.

FTR, His Tahoe was black with Tinted windows and "Delgado" on the plate. he didn't have black rims nor light covers.
And now he drives a sedan with no frills.
And I can vouch that cocksucker drove like a retard through Dale streets and he didn't bother to pick me up one Humid Sunday morning when he saw me walking down Perkins Road. He instead posted on my FB wall 15 minutes late, "Hey bro. You okay?" He had his baby(at the time) daughter with him and I was a mess.
