Foreign companies charged with destruction of Francis Scott Key bridge in 2024

This was in Baltimore.
Apparently all Baltimore citizens have jobs because:

Synergy Marine Pte Ltd., based in Singapore, and Synergy Maritime Pte Ltd, based in Chennai, India, that operated the ship that slammed into a bridge pylon were charged with conspiracy, willfully failing to immediately inform the U.S. Coast Guard of a known hazardous condition, obstruction of an agency proceeding and false statements.
Radhakrishnan Karthik Nair, 47, an Indian national who worked for both companies as the Technical Superintendent, was also charged.
Apparently all Baltimore citizens have jobs because:

Six construction workers employed by Brawner Builders were killed when the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed in Baltimore on March 26, 2024, after the container ship Dali lost power and struck a support column.
The victims, who were filling potholes on the center span at the time, were:
Alejandro Hernandez Fuentes, 35, from Mexico.
Dorlian Ronial Castillo Cabrera, 26, from Guatemala.
Maynor Yasir Suazo-Sandoval, 38, from Honduras.
Carlos Hernandez (also identified as Carlos Daniel Hernández Estrella), 24, from Mexico.
Miguel Angel Luna Gonzalez, 49, from El Salvador.
Jose Mynor Lopez, 35, from Guatemala.
