What the hell do you and Ford actually plan off making on a one vehicle sale. This tells me if they can take a cut like this, they are still making money and are bending over the consumers.

They offered 10k off all the time before Covid. Now they are getting caught up and are probably selling 2023 or 2024 models for 16k off.

Heard GMC is making some good deals. Ol’ baw at the golf course the other day said he just got a loaded out 2500 AT4 for only $93,000.

I tried not to laugh because he seemed like a nice guy but couldn’t help it.

It is never a good idea to laugh at the members. Just clean his clubs and go about your day.

Probably lots of those vehicles (especially trucks) that sat forever built and just waiting for microchips. I bet they had nearly a year's inventory just sitting in parking lots and on racetrack infields.

You didn't know this? They can cut more and still make money. How do people think they keep reporting record profits?

Traded in a 2020 KR and got a 2023 Tremor Friday. Was 10k off MSRP of 67k. When I told him to run the numbers, he found another $4k Ford coupon for me. Wrote a check for $1,300ish and financed $12k after TTL and my $41k trade.

Pay dat off by Christmas and be noteless again for another 3 years, me.

I had to take my work truck to the dealer for “service” last week. There wasn’t a single vehicle on the lot that appealed to me, regardless of price. US automakers are finance companies selling disposable appliances.

You sound like a dick.

$16,000 off of an overly inflated MSRP. Not as good of a deal as you think.
