I'd like to tell you that the first time is the worst, but that is some shite that you never get used to.
after my first prostate exam, I mentioned to the doctor how bad it sucked....his answer was:
"well, if you liked it, I wouldn't want to do it"

Stumbled into my first one unawares. Told to drop trousers and bend forward. Looked back at the physicianand noticed a little too late how large his gloved hand and fingers were. Truly Bozo the Clown large.

My father in law has gone to the doctor every 6 months to get his prostate checked out. I’m not sure why, they keep telling him everything looks fine.

I'm 51 but I remember when I had it at 40 . It was just as the OP says, my doctor went knuckle deep. I was grunting so much I felt like Ned Beatty, Burt Reynolds friend on the movie Deliverance ....pain and embarrassing

ThanKfully my doc was kind enough to mix us both a couple drinks first. When I woke up I didn't feel that bad.
