I'm a physician.

I also co-star in several nurses' OF videos.

Realtor. It’s a Roller Coaster type job in that some weeks you’re running and some you’re not. Important things are to not worry when you’re not busy and (like this week) run as fast as you can and try to keep up when it’s rolling. One of my best weeks ever this week

retired from a city job.
owned a business Hardware/ outdoor power shop, and sold out to slow down to retire.
It was time and the money was right.
When I started my business I started at an old gas station with repair bays and had some plant around it.
It took sales, thinking out of the box to get sales, and customer service.
Did everything from renting U-hauls, repaired U-hauls & trailers, mowers, trailers, sold plants, dealt with landscapers, and took on interns to teach people how to repair mowers.
Had a garbage company where I had 6 roll off trucks and 2 front load trucks.

Secret took on women who worked on Walgreens, CVS, and Wal-mart that wanted more out of life with kids. They stuck with me all these years and I paid them well when I sold out.
It was a long road and I did very well for myself.

Wife retired.

Came back in sales to help with friends Truck &. Trailer business as I got board.

I made good money by thinking out of the box and people thought I was crazy.
My plans worked and I did very well for myself.
