From what I can tell the only thing driving this ridiculous crypto bubble is scarcity. The system is designed so that only 21 million coins total are available. If the system generated coins indefinitely nobody would give a shite because you could just set up a farm and get unlimited coins over time. Wouldn't be worth shite.

However, the rise of other cryptocurrencies is going to put the scarcity of bitcoin out of business.

I see this bubble bursting HARD within about 3 months.

Sell now.

You realize it costs energy to create it right?

I'm not sure what to be more impressed by: the fact you knew about BTC and ended up being right bigly or you being able to not shite all over everyone on TD

Well that’s not even him posting. That’s just his “tigerdroppings guy” who he pays to post for him...probably instructed him to be humble.

I'll just leave this right here

Bitcoin vs history's biggest bubbles: They never end well

https://money.cnn.com/2017/12/08/investing/bitcoin-tulip-mania-bubbles-burst/index.html
quote:

The digital currency's massive surge this year -- it's up more than 1,400% -- has all the hallmarks of a huge speculative bubble, according to people such as Warren Buffett.

Wiki vs Warren Buffett, who ya got?

1) Tulip mania
2) South Sea Company bubble/ 900% in a year
3) Wall Street crash of 1929/ 500% increase
4) The dotcom boom/ 200% increase
5) And of course those lovable Beanie Babies/ 700%
6) Bitcoin/ 1400% increase

Sell now if ya got 'em. This is almost unheard of territory, and will likely result in devaluations up to 80%

Disagree.

He’s made a whole lot while given back anymore. He eats the same sausage biscuit every morning from McDonalds, drives a Prius and takes $100k a year from his company.

If I made a fraction of what he made I would follow his lead.
