Right to assemble peacefully
There is no generic right to assemble. It's an ancillary right connected to your right to political speech protected by the First Amendment. Going to a funeral or playing a baseball game is not political speech. Moreover, even political speech can be regulated in a neutral/non-content oriented way, e.g., you don't have the right to protest in front of someone's house at 3 a.m. with a megaphone.
What's the next alleged violation you have in mind?

No, and even then the right to peacefully assemble can be limited if the government shows that it is necessary to achieve a compelling government interest. Spoiler alert: keeping tens or hundreds of thousands of people from dying would be a compelling government interest.
It is really upsetting that your vote counts the same as mine.

Do you enjoy being so fricking stupid you can't understand why we are in a lockdown?
Or are you just an idiot who listens to radio/TV shows that spit out insane bullshite and then repeats what they say?

So you're saying governors... even mini-Trumps like DiSantis in Florida... would have implemented those orders without Trump's recommendation? You're playing semantics to fit your own world view in which Trump is responsible for nothing. He is the President of the United States during a global pandemic.

Still waiting for someone to show which one of their constitutional rights have been violated.
I think the wholesale shut down on entire industries could be considered a taking.
Any articles on that?

I would love nothing more right now than national guard tanks and humvees scattered on major roads/bridges in cities and penalizing those who are not staying in their homes. If you have no groceries/bags from store, work note, etc then you get fined. Only way this crap will end because people are idiots and won’t stay at home.... lives would be saved if there were some consequences

Nah, that would not be considered a Takings Clause issue. Probably closer to Commerce Clause or a Youngstown Sheet & Tube situation. Oh, and just the general police powers of individual states to regulate business ventures.

A regulation restricting the use of property to further legitimate public ends, will not be considered a taking merely because it impairs the value or the utility of that land.

Wow, what a pos. Daddy government is not responsible for my wellbeing and health and They damn sure don’t have the best intentions in mind. This is coming from someone that worked in Congress for years in DC.

Your health is not the government’s responsibility

In that case I’m sure you’d be fine if the government no longer enforced health codes ensure that restaurants aren’t endangering public health?
And they definitely shouldn’t require testing of pharmaceuticals to make sure companies don’t rush a product to market or make false claims on their drugs’ capabilities, obviously.

That is a convenient role but not their responsibility

The Supreme Court of the United States disagrees with you. But I'm sure you're more qualified to weigh in on such matters.
